2 SIM cards active - 1 needs cancelling

Can anyone help?

 

I bought a new phone and now have 2 SIM cards running, I want to use the new sim with its benefits but keep my old number.  Currently have 2 running side by side and seem to be going round in circles on the sky app.

Hi @Allysia1  you can't port your old number onto the new sim with sky. You can port it to another network on PAYG then port it onto the new sim. You need to call sky on 150 to cancel one sim, if you ask they may put the new plan on the old sim but that's not guaranteed.
