150GB data activation taking time than expected

I bought two SIM cards with a plan of 150gb each, 1 started working immediately and till date the other one hasn’t been working. I went back to the store, the sales person told me to contact sky itself cos he can't fix it

Sky can be contacted via social

media or you can call them on 150 from the phone that has the working sim in it.
