Hi,

I preordered my 14 Pro Max and have received my order confirmation with a delivery date of 16th September.

I can't see the device on my account, nor have I received any emails from DPD.

The only proof I have of placing the order is the confirmation.

Has anyone else had this issue?

If you take a look around this forum there are others in the same situation so if you want to find out if the order has been placed correctly then give Sky a call.
