11 weeks and still waiting

I returned my iphone 16 Pro Max cos it didnt wanna charge and that was on the 16th of august, called them so many times that i forgotten, one time i called them i was on the phone to 12 different people and sat for 2 and half hours  and still didn't get any updates on my replacement phone .

Them people that sitts in them call center has no clue what they doing and they just feed you with lies and promises.

If you have returned a faulty phone then it will need to be looked at by the company that handles them on behalf of Sky and as you are discovering this isn't a speedy process, only if they agree that this fault can not be fixed should Sky contact you about this. They will not just give you a new phone until they are sure this one can not be repaired.

I mean 11 weeks, i've moved from 3 to sky and mean when i hade a faulty phone  took 2 weeks for thw to sorr a replacement for me but you guys have let be without a phone for almost 12 weeks, and i am still paying for a product i dont have

Just to be clear - you are not addressing Sky here.  Just other customers...

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
