100mb free Sim

I recently recieved a new tablet and wanted to activate the sim with the 100mb free option (which was available when ordering).

 

However this is not an option in my Manage account area

 

Am I doing something wrong?

If you can't activate the sim then give Sky a call so they can do it for you.

Is there a chance of raising a ticket. Tried 150 again today. But was once again in a queue.

As advised best to call  wait on the phone
