To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will hopefully be in touch with you sometime tomorrow regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

it has been a wikle now when ever i try to watch sky go on my pc i get message saying code 1404 i tried to talk to someone on the phone but it was not helpful can we find the answer to this please
