snippingtool.exe should not cause error code PFE 9903
Flagging this software stops nothing. It could only be used to take screenshots, and the print screen function cannot be blocked.
When you can't stop screenshots being taken anyway, all this does is stop legitimate use of the sfotware alongside Sky Go. I do work with the windows snipping tool a lot, and if I am watching something on Sky Go at the same time it's very annoying.

Anything that takes screenshots, video or sound will interfere when using Sky Go as they are blocked due to rights and licensing reasons.

The rights and licensing must surely expect Sky to do what is reasonable to prevent violations, but blocking a tool in the operating system that does nothing that can't be done anyway is an overreach of those efforts. It achieves nothing.
