sky go
Hello,
ive always after many attemps been able to get Sky Go on my phone,
but i changed my router and now it wont connect at all,tried reinstalling the app rebooting the phone, starting my skyq box, but nothing is getting it to connect,
my broadband is still from the same company its just they changed my router,
is there anyting else i can try?

If your router was changed were you given a new Wi-Fi password so do other apps on your phone work ?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
