sky go not working destop

hello my sky go is not working on my laptop.When I load I get 2 screens. First I get getting updates and  then I get a blue screen with the arrow and then nothing happens.I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. I am really fed up with this..

Yes I have this problem too both on my windows pc and on my mac. All works on my phone and ipad.

Is there a solution for this?

its not working on the desktop

I have uninstalled and installed again. several times!

Its stuck on this screen.
