sky go download failed

Have a problem with managing devices.

Despite showing iPad and lap top as authorised, the error appears on the ipad saying the device needs to be authorised, now on the laptop I have an error code Download failed. An error occurred while downloading  Code DO-0

You need to follow the advice I gave you on your other post this morning and that is to call Sky.
