I don't need help, but this is for anyone who is having issues with sky go crashing on load this is how i fixed it.
Exception code: 0xc0000005 is usually a permission / security run problem.
Simply put where sky go is installed is being blocked by windows security from running (copy the sky go folder from the "c:\users\yourname\appdata\roaming\sky go" to "c:\program files\ sky go" then run the sky go program from there. if this doesn't work go below.
It is rarely a driver problem, reformatting your pc is not the way!
uninstall sky go (or follow the links below then use glary utilities to uninstall and clean up registry if you still have a problem).
delete the sky go and sky folders in the appdata/roaming folder
download latest installer.
run as administrator if you get the "needs elevation" error.
Rather than install in the program files folder like a normal app it installs to c:\users\yourname\appdata\roaming\sky go.
This is a BRILLIANT CHOICE (that's sarcasm) of where to install because windows does all kinds of security limitations, updates and checks and enforcement, policy management etc due to it being where most programs store settings, a user area and can cause problems with app running permissions.
So to get it working simply copy the "sky go" folder to your program files folder (or anywhere really but the program files is more practical and you won't have the permission or security run problem.)
Run the sky go program from the sky go folder in program files.
If you're still having problems also try adding sky go to windows DEP exceptions and also check your windows by running the commands below in an elevated command prompt.
sfc /scannow
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
sfc /scannow

This problem with the exception code 0xc0000005 was fixed in the latest Skygo version, 24.2.3.

If you say so but i literally had it pop up again a few days ago with the latest update after working fine for months. Maybe it's a new windows service or policy interfering, either way, this fix works for a nuber of sky go stalling and crashing issues.
