just tryed to watch catch up series league of their own. play or dwonload wont work (code 1304) ive reset computer logged out nothing has changed. please fix this problem.😞

If you do try signing out of the app and then back into it.
Make sure you are logged in with the correct ID/email.
Go to skyid.sky.com/signin/skycomlinked and enter details when it asks for your postcode. Account info will then be activated so try Sky Go again.

ive just ininstalled the app adn reinstalled it logged in im getting a code 1504 i cant watch anything. please investigate. im using windows 11
