error 1310

I am unable to download a movie to sky go desktop app (in my laptop) nor watch it on my laptop. I get a message that is 1310, and I am unable to download.

Sky agent said he upgraded my account to SkyGo Extra so that I could have more than one device. I deleted all devices...But still cannot watch nor on iphone (to watch please upgrade your subscription) nor on lap top,,,:(

When was Sky Go Extra added to your acciunt as it can take up to 24 hours to kick in and go live on your account which might be what the issue is here.
