code 1404-HI
When I try to access the sports channels on skygo, I receive the code 1404-IH error message. I am able to access normal tv channels and have read the discussions, uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, restarted the laptop but still no joy. Please could the sky expert sort the problem for us asap, we subscribe to TNT and sky sports. Thanks

Something to try is to link your account:
Go to skyid.sky.com/signin/skycomlinked and enter details when it asks for your postcode. Account info will then be activated so try Sky Go again.
