Zscaler software and Sky go application

Dear Sky Go Support,

We are experiencing an issue with the Sky Go desktop application in our corporate environment.

When Zscaler is enabled, Sky Go fails with error PFE 9303. If Zscaler is disabled, the application works normally and streams content successfully.

We have already engaged Zscaler Support and tested SSL inspection bypass on sky.com, but the issue persists.

Could you please advise if:

Sky Go supports operation behind enterprise security/proxy solutions such as Zscaler

The application uses certificate pinning or similar security mechanisms.

There are any recommended network requirements or domains that should be excluded from SSL inspection.

I am not requesting support for Zscaler itself, only any guidance on Sky Go's network requirements to help us configure our environment appropriately.

AIUI Sky Go is only for consumer use (and is expressly forbidden for corporate use)

Hello, No its a persoanl account but trying to use on company laptop with Zsacler installed for persoanl reasons when travelling for company work.

Ok.  You'll have to contact Sky directly but I suspect it will be extremely difficult to get that level of technical support.

I suspect they will state they do not support any potential form of SSL traffic inspection/interception and disabling the routing is the only option.  (Any potential MitM decoding would be a security/copyright nightmare)

Can you not boot the laptop from a USB stick that has windows home installed thus bypass all the corp software/settings?

Hello whats the best way off emailing them as i find it very hard to find somewhere to contact them other than calling them thnaks

I can get sky go working if i turn off Zscaler but there will be a time where the company wont allow me turn of zscaler so i am planning in advance for that

Once you have got Sky Go working does it still error out with 9303 if you turn this back on ?
