I have sky glass and previous you could add or remove sports movies etc etc vie the sky app but now it's saying you can't do this on line one of the reasons we got sky glass is to have more control on what we watch and pay for have they they done this due to people turning items off to save money do you have to ring them then they give you money off that item so you don't cancel it ?
It will depend on where you are with your billing cycle for that subscription. The other reason may be if you're in contract with a particular subscription.
