Unable to watch Sky GO whilst using mobile data, fine on WIFI - error code 17c.2

Recently moved to sky with new iPhone and iPad. Both have eSIMs. Skygo not working at all with data on either device. Fine with WiFi. All settings look ok. Quite frustrating.

Have you checked via Settings > Mobile Service > (you might need to select Show all) > Sky Go and made sure it bis turned on for mobile data usage ?

 

You might need to also turn on location services for the app under Privacy & Security in the settings app on both devices.
