Unable to use skygo on xbox

Hello

I have skygo on my phones but apparently it doesn't work anymore on xbox, why this is happening?

To use the app on your console @Alessandra80 you would need Sky Go Extra so give Sky a call to get it added as the lines are open to 18.00.
