Always used to get Sky Go but last couple of months, although I get the TV guide, I am unable to watch or download any programmes I just get the message "your device needs to be authorised...". I have tried all suggestions - delete and reinstate App, turn on/off iPad, turn off VPN, change browser etc but to no avail. Any help much appreciated.
