Unable to Access SKYGO

I'm currently unable to access the Sky Go app on iPad and iPhone for context it worked Thursday and didn't Friday. I've tried to reach out to sky who were no help either over the phone or live chat. Im getting either an error message saying unable to access or access denied. It's not just my devices it is the whole family. I've deleted the app and the browser history, Forgotten the Wi-Fi network, logged in and out etc and all of the trouble shooting options online. It's very frustrating as I mostly watch from the app. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.  Everything works on the television and I can assess all other apps - HBO/disney/netflixs etc.
