I appreciate this but there is no point to having a website if i cant access it. I have been trying to get sky to sort this for a couple of years without really getting anywhere

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreI have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Sky has been like this for many yrs and still to this very day, yet they still dont get it sorted even after myself saying about it you are better off phoning them
