You can upgrade or change your package by calling Sky as that will be the quickest way to do it if the website or MySky app are throwing up errors.

I appreciate this but there is no point to having a website if i cant access it. I have been trying to get sky to sort this for a couple of years without really getting anywhere

I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

Sky has been like this for many yrs and still to this very day, yet they still dont get it sorted even after myself saying about it you are better off phoning them
