Told to reconnect

On holiday in Europe from UK and connected to SkyGo using VPN. Can access home page and tv guide but when I try to access a programme I get a message saying to reconnect to the internet, that once that's been done I don't have to stay connected in order to watch the item. Error code 3-2. I have tried reconnecting and still this happens. Any suggestions welcome, thanks.

Perhaps don't post to a Sky website asking for ways around a restriction implemented by Sky?

 

If your Sky subscription address is in the UK then access in Europe and elsewhere is restricted to content downloaded to the device before leaving home (with Sky Go Extra on the account)

 

The right to digital subscription 'portability' within the EU ended with Brexit.
