I'm getting the message To enjoy this service, please upgrade your subscription anytime I try to watch something on Sky on iPad and iPhone.
I have the correct subscription and have been watching ok up till now.
Any suggestions?

A few questions:
Are you new to Sky or a returning customer who was away for more than 12 months ?
What are you trying to view ?
Is the app connected to a Sky Q box ?

Hi thanks for getting back to me.
I'm a returning customer who was away for over 12 months.
I'm trying to watch a few different box sets on Sky Atlantic but I get the message for every channel.
How can I tell if the app is connected to the sky box? I just signed in with my user information.
