The ITVX app not working

the ITVX app is not working. He was working until the Internet went off and there is not working. The Internet is back on but there's no ITVX

Which Sky Television platform is that on?

 

You've posted in the forum for Sky Go, which is a different app to ITVX

If it's sky stream/glass try going into settings and refresh your apps. 

 

If that doesn't work and/or you have sky q, turn off the device by the plug and restart it.
