Technical Issue keeps popping up on my IPAD

I try and log into my IPAD on Sky Go and keeps coming up as Becuase of a technical issue you cannot watch this channel. Please try again later. This has been going on for weeks

Is your app connected to a Sky Q box, if so what happens if you disale this connection via settings with the app ?
