Spent over an hour on the telephone with Sky today. Cancelled Sky (end 10 Sept) but now can't use Sky Go! Explained by Sky, as I'm cancelling,they've stopped the 'free' add-ons?
try to explain that as I'm still paying for the service, I should be able to continue receiving the 'free' services? But no. So don't get Sky Go, Sky Sports. But do still get Netflix?
