I just joined sky, pay for ultimate & cinema but sky go isn't working on my phone or tablet. I've tried the help chat and i'm going in circle. please help

Seems they have a bigger issue that Sky themselves are unaware of. I recently subscribed to Sports after having a few years away from it. Everything else works except that subscription.
