Skygo not working at all

I'm ready launch my ipad I've updated it. I've logged in and out I've uninstalled reinstalled it's just not working WiFi has been switched on and off keeps telling me to authorise my device?? It worked the other day and other streaming apps are working can some one from SKY please answer this.

For help with the authorise message you will need to call Sky:

 

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
