Skygo issues on Android tablet

My Android tablet has suddenly lost a number of sky channels...especially the BBC one's.   When I shut down and reboot the sky q box I get the channels back for a short time then it disappears again.   Does anyone know why this happens?

Is the software on your phone and the Sky Go app itself up to date, have you tried rebooting your tablet ?

Hi

My skygo app is the latest version.  I have just rebooted my tablet but the issue is still with me
