As we are customers here then you will need to let us know what is happening but I would asume you are being asked to upgrade. If so at the very least you will need Sky Go Extra on your account so if you haven't you will need to call Sky and ask them to add this for you. There might be an ongoing cost for this of £5 per month unless you have a Multiscreen or Sky Glass Whole Home sub on your account.
