Skygo Pin

Hi

I work away from home a lot and take my Xbox with me. I have Skygo set up but the pin I use on my sky q box, isn't accepted on the app. 
I can't see where I set a sky go pin?

this link only lets me change my sky q box pin and doesn't let me add a Skygo pin.

Yes the link shows that and it shows as off. 
when I enter my normal pin it's saying I need to set up a new pin for Skygo but there's no where to do it. 
I'll call sky today.
