Same issues with me and new PC. Any assitance would be greatly appreciated. My PC is a Lenovo if that makes any difference (seems to be what the Tech Support think)?

Having same issue on Windows 10 PC , No help from Sky whatsoever, Just keep saying they are aware of an issue.

So I've had around two month of it working.....then the latest Windows update has taken me back to square one

Worked for the last week or so but now getting error code PFE4002.

I've fixed it.
Deleted the last Windows update.

Windows 11 go to
Updates
Updates history
Then select delete update (Should be too the right of each update listed)
