When attempting to watch SkyGo on my tablet, I get the message, " Your device needs to be authorised".
I have deleted and released the SkyGo app and the fibre broadband is working fine.
Very frustrating Sky ...

Are you using a VPN because if you are then it needs to be turned off when using Sky Go.

Sadly, VPN was not connec ted so back to square one ....

What tablet do you have and have you rebooted it now the VPN as been turned off as that message about the device needing to be authorised can be used by a VPN.
