I've recently subscribed to Sky. The Sky Sports / Sky Kids apps both work absolutely fine, as far as I can tell. SkyGo however will not allow me to sign in, I get the "Due to a technical error you can't watch this channel', then upon re attempting, I get the 4090 error.
My SkyID is linked, I've not had a previous account/I am not returning to Sky.
Rather frustrating considering I've just purchased it...

Hi,
I can login to the page (Tested by logging out, then back in) but it says there's a problem loading my bill, assuming that's to do with my being a relatively new customer...
If Sky Sports/Kids wasn't working I'd probably pin it to the account being under 24 hours old, however, they both are and it seems a fairly common issue regarding Sky Go.

I bought the service yesterday. My TV will be getting delivered on the 4th of January, however Sky stipulates that I'm able to watch SkyGo prior to installation/proper activation via TV.

Hi, I've just spoken to a Sky rep and they were just reading the same troubleshooting page I've been through 20 times.
Seriously, what is the outcome here? Do I just have a broken app indefinitely?

I'm completely stumped.
Every other attempt is met with a 4090 error. Bearing in mind, I've literally not logged in once on the SkyGo app, yet they're both registered devices.
