Sky on xbox not working

Sky go has stopped working on my xbox. 

I have sky go extra.. 

I have rang sky but person I spoke to didn't have a clue..

Any help please

What is happening, is it asking you to upgrade and if so are you a Sky Glass/Stream customer or do you have Sky Q ?

Happy days just been sorted,  sky go extra showing on my bill but not there end, they put it on now fixed
