Sky not working on PS4

I do have the right package, and sky go still works fine on macs and ipads, but it has stopped working on my PS4 (was working fine last week). Tried reinstalling the app, but same result. Any ideas, other than calling Sky. If I need to call, anyone know the number?

When you say that it isn't working what is happening, is it asking you to upgrade because if it is do you have Sky Go Extra on your account ?

It says "to watch this programme you will need to purchase the Sky Go Extra package", but we already have this.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will hopefully be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
