Just upgraded sky and asked about sky go but it is saying need to upgrade to play it on ps5

You also need Sky Go Extra:

For Sky Go Extra you’ll need a Sky Multiscreen subscription or a Sky Glass Whole Home subscription or you can pay the monthly cost of £5 for it.

You need the Whole Home subscription to watch on consoles and Apple TV devices.
