Yes, Sky Go is available to use for all Sky TV customers.

You will be able to stream on two devices at the same time and download your favourite shows and movies over WiFi before you leave home to watch offline.

If you also have added the Sky Whole Home pack, it will give you the extra ability of streaming on four devices at a time – up to three using Sky Go and one using either the Sky Sports app or website.

Also the whole home pack will allow you to watch Sky Go on consoles.

You don't actually need the whole home package to access Sky Go.
