My sky go app will not connect to my sky broadband but it will connect to my phone mobile data, why is this

When connected to Sky Broadband what is happening ?

When I open my sky go app using my home sky broadband, the app opens but just continues to buffer until it eventually stops working. When I use my phone mobile data the sky go app works perfectly well.

A few things to try:

Reboot your broadband hub.

Lower your broadband shield settings, you can do this via the MySky app or online here:
