Sky go

My SKY Q box is active to use my iPad but when you try to use SKY GO on the iPad or phone I get an error 50-2 and that no Q box is found?

Do you have a multicsreen subscription on your account as this is required before you can connect the Sky Go app to your Sky Q box.

A couple of things to try:

 

Go to Settings > Sky Go > Location and turn off Precise Location off.


If you use a VPN make sure this is turned off.
