Hi there, currently trying to watch sky go using my 4/5g mobile, but it won't let me watch anything, I've contacted sky numerous times with no luck, have unlimited data with sky mobile and still nothing, I've deleted the app started again, logged all my old devices from the app, absolutely nothing, I've tried on my wife's phone iPhone same problem, I logged into the app on my friends phone useibg ee network worked straight away, please anyone with any help will be greatly appreciated. Tia

What is happening when you try to and are you able to watch when connected to a Wifi network ?

Yes WiFi works fine If I turn it off then 1 minute later when mobile network kicks in nothing again, thanks for your reply.

I need it on the mobile data, I'm a taxi driver so do alot of airport runs and have a alot of down time so catching up on my film/tv ect ect

The app looks normal i can see all the programs ect ect, soon as I click onto to watch something it just says 0% and does load, 5 mins later says error 2004 sky does not know this error code
