Sky go
Hi. I cannot seem to watch anything on my sky go ap on my ipad. It keeps coming up with either a fault code or tells me my device needs authorising. It works fine when im on home network but when i hotspot it onto my sky mobile thats when i get the issues.

It appears from what Sky have said that you didn't respond to the chat invite so if we alert Sky again will you be able to respond within the 48 hours timescale ?
