I can't watch recordings on my sky box on my sky go app anymore

As anything changed on your package like have you cancelled or changed anything, if not what is happening ?

No, I haven't changed anything. I deleted and reinstalled the app and the recording tag has disappeared altogether now!!

Are you at home and on the same broadband connect that your Sky Q box is on, so a Wifi connection. Have you also tried rebooting your Q box ?

Thank you for the help.
I turned off the box at the wall. Deleted the sky go app and turned off my iPad.
after 10 mins I turned them both back on, re installed the app
And all is working again.
