Have xioami pad 5. Skygo was working great until a friend signed into they sky go account when using it. When I signed back it I get error codes telling me to restart sky q etc. He rebooted my device from his account, I have restated my Q box, hub, deleted app and reloaded it. Still won't allow me to watch certain mainly BBC case

Channels live. It also won't let me watch any recorded material from Q box. Help!

Have you logged out of the app as it might still be signed in via your friends account as removed from his account wouldn't stop it from using their details.
