Sky go won't install

I have tried 3 times when travelling to install Sky Go on my macbook

I have tried in Kettering, in Portsmouth and today in Hereford.

Up comes the message 

"the app is not available in your country or region"

I'm not using a VPN-Sky don't seem to understand.

Any help, Please?
