Sky go , watching m"the change " on demand . The adverts freeze and won't continue .

Tried  sky go in three different devices and the adverts freeze in the middle of the episode 2 and 3 of *the change" channel 4. ..   BB is fine.   The advert literally stop and show 0%   , you cannot move past this. all devices freeze at the adverts in the middle of the episodes.  Tried restarting q , checked BB, updated sky go software  and all episodes still freeze  during the adverts
