Sky go problem

Hi 

 

When I go to watch sport on sky go it says I need to upgrade my subscription but we have the full package

@raymondo7474 bhave you had the sports package for a while or only just trecently upgraded to it ? 


I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer
