Sky go not working

Have been on the phone for the last 2 months on and off trying to get sky to fix issues with Sky go.

Not able to access on any of our devices just says techinal issues so cannot watch this channel.

Have completed every task sky have asked me to do and been passed onto techinal more than enough times and stiill no fixes.

Changed passwords reloaded apps. even tried removing the devices from my account which it doesnt let you do.

There must a fix somewhere

Make sure your details are filled out here including your surname:

Then try linking your Sky ID to your account, help on doing this can be found here:
