So tried to talk to a member of staff on live chat regarding this issue but I was transferred to another employee who ultimately said they cannot help at all on live chat regarding sky go i would have to ring up for the help. Which for many reasons I am unable to do this therefore this is my last hope of getting some sort of help. i use sky go on a few devices my gaming laptop my phone and my pc however it doesnt work at all on my pc it works fine on the other two i even removed my gaming laptop from my devices listed on my sky account to see if that was the issue but still it doesnt work. ill click on a show and itll freeze after a few seconds or if its a show with an advert the advert will play but the timer wont go down and then the picture display proceeds to freeze. when i try to close out of the app it takes forever to load I've tried many things to try get it to work. Disabling ad blocker disabling firewall. Running it in compatibility mode via properties on the app. Reinstalling, clearing all cache and data. Waiting until another day to see if it was an issue on that specific day. But nothing works. I really want to watch shows on my monitor because it's bigger. I don't want to have to buy another puck costing near enough £40. When this is something I should already have access to.
