Sky go not working offline

I've download some stuff on sky go on iPad to watch on the move , but sky go won't open unless there's a internet connection- it doesn't get past the blue loading screen. Have tried deleting app and reinstalling, rebooting iPad but problem persists. If I connect iPad to phone and there's an internet connection it works. Is there a fix? It used to work fine.

I can access sky go on my phone no problem, but on my tablet it won't load the channel.  Says needs authorised and to check internet connection.  Is there an issue with tablets androids.

From what you have said the only way to get it working is by making sure it has an internet connection.

If you are using a VPN it will need disabling before you will be able to use the Sky Go app.

Thanks for answers but they don't answer the question 🙂. It works fine when online (even with a vpn) but won't start when offline. It used to start when offline. Now it doesn't . My wife's version works on her iPad when it is off line and she can watch downloaded shows  . Anyone know how to fix?
